I grew up with this game and recently picked it up again as a teen — still just as charming. Tap her eyes and you drift into a gorgeous galaxy view. Emma feels like a natural next step from those classic talking pet titles. Poke her head a few times and she meows back at you, which never fails to make me smile.

Five reasons this app wins me over: the visuals look beautiful, complaints about an ugly cat or a wardrobe glitch are exaggerated, the mini-games are sweet especially piano and jumping, it is not a cheap knockoff of similar pet apps, and it remains my top pick. I only hope they add a grown-up stage and a baby unlocked around level thirty.

The game is okay but not very fun, so I gave it one star. Several players mention the wardrobe opening when Emma goes to sleep or odd shadows underneath. I uninstalled even though nothing serious happened to me — though I think I spotted a shadow once, just as other reviews describe.

Not much to praise here — the game feels dull and uninspired. One thing puzzles me: why is the panda mini-game locked behind a payment when every other activity is free? My favorite animal gets the paid treatment while the rest cost nothing. I am not upset about paying, I just wonder what makes that mode special.

Skip this download. It hides aggressive advertising behind a cute interactive pet facade, much like those old desktop mascot programs people warned about. After you use it for a while, it often refuses to open at all — the screen just sits there loading forever.

Feels like a weak imitation of better virtual pet apps — the visuals look dated and the experience falls flat. I rarely leave harsh feedback, but I could not stay past three minutes. Loading screens drag on endlessly. Other pet simulators handle this far better if you want something polished.
